BASIC COSMETOLOGY

The objective of the Cosmetology program is to train students in the skills required to pass the State Board of Cosmetology examination. After the Cosmetology student successfully passes the state examination he/she will receive a master license and become elligable to work in the state of Georgia in the cosmetology industry.

The Basic Cosmetology program requirements are as follows:

* Theory 350
* Cutting/Shaping 125
* Shampoo Styling Comb-out 330
* Color Bleach 125
* Hair/Scalp Treatment 50
* Permanent Waving 180
* Facial Make-up Arching 75
* Charm Reception Ethics 50
* Manicure 35
* Relaxer 100
* Laboratory 50
* Additional Instructions 30

Day 12 months
Evening 15 months
